Currently, we do not offer refunds for any purchase. Exchanges will be accepted upon discretion, in which a store credit will be available to you.
Items in stock will be shipped in 1-3 business days via USPS Priority. Items are shipped on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Custom orders will be shipped in 5-7 business days via USPS Priority. If the order is not in stock you will be notified within 24 hours. Local pickup and shipping is also available.

All beaded bracelets are made using various stones. We do not recommend wearing in water, or exposing beads to toxins in certain products (lotions, perfumes, detergents). Remove bracelets with proper care to avoid extreme stretching.
